After interviewing the client, it became clear that their target audience was mostly female, wives of the super wealthy. We redesigned their brand to look sophisticated and feminine, but with a shade of green that would appeal to male audiences as well. Colleen Ringer Feierstein wrote the copy for the brochure portraying Shiloh Custom Homes as a resort living provider, not just a homebuilder.
These pieces were printed with different shades of metallic green ink, dull varnish for the solid areas, and gloss varnish for the pattern. The logo was embossed and foiled in copper.
For the ads, we decided to show actual homeowners enjoying their Shiloh homes and let the pictures do the talking. The lifestyle photography was done by Werner Segarra, with hair and makeup by Diane Aiello, and photo styling and art direction by Studio Lápis. The architectural photography was provided by Al Payne.
