  • Invitation for Cuisine Scenes 2004 

    Robb & Stucky Interiors and Arizona Foothills Magazine hosted an event where twelve Phoenix celebrity chefs provided samples of their food at Robb & Stucky Interiors in Scottsdale. For the invitations, we designed a pattern to resembled upholstery fabric, and they were printed using shades of metallic light green ink with dull and gloss varnishes for contrast.

  • Invitation and R.S.V.P. card for "An Evening of Discovery" 

    Argus Hospitality Group hosted an event at the St. Regis, New York, and hired Studio Lápis to design the invitation, passport (below), and e-blasts. The invitation consisted of five squares: an introduction, the actual invitation, a picture of Old King Cole, the event program, and a map. Once guests had arrived at the event, they could choose to discard of four squares and keep only the program. The white squares, envelopes, and R.S.V.P. cards were printed on 100% cotton paper with black and metallic gray inks, and the photograph was printed on pearlescent paper.

    Upon arriving at the St. Regis, guests received these passports containing historical questions about the hotel. They would then turn in their passports for a drawing of luxury prises.

    The bride's bouquet was going to have sunflowers and red flowers with a brown ribbon. The bridesmaids would be wearing brown dresses. Thus, we designed this invitation package to match the wedding theme.
